A Beautifully Detailed, Original Illustration of an Accepted Design for the City Hall of Concord, New Hampshire.  Hand Colored, LARGE PLAN. Warren, Smith, & Biscoe, Architect(s).  From the American Architect, July 26, 1902.

This picture is extremely hard to find.  The American Architect had a very small circulation during this time and these original lithographs only appeared in a very limited number of issues that were distributed to a few prominent architects. It measures 17.75 by 12.75 inches.  Has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture).  The whole picture measures approximately 20.25 by 15.25 inches (with border).  Extraordinary detail in this early photographic print.  Shrink wrapped.

Plan is in VG+ condition with browning around the edges and light crinkling.
