A Beautifully Detailed, Hand Colored, Original Plan of the Carnegie Free Library, Allegheny City, Pennsylvania.  William Halsey Wood, Architects.  From the American Architect and Building News, April 30, 1887.

This picture is extremely hard to find, as the American Architect and Building News had a very small circulation during that time with very few pictures such as this actually preserved and even fewer have been hand colored. It measures 12 by 16 inches and has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture). The whole plan measures approximately 16 by 20 inches (with mat border). Finely detailed and shrink wrapped.

Plan is in VG+ condition with light browning along the edges and some light crinkling.
