A Beautifully Detailed, Original Plan of the Erwin Home for Worthy and Indigent Women in Hartford, Connecticut.  HAND-COLORED.  Cook, Hapgood & Co., Architects.  From the American Architect and Building News, August 1, 1891.

This picture is extremely hard to find, as the Building News had a very small circulation during that time very few pictures such as this were actually preserved. It measures 16.25 by 12.25 inches. Has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture). The whole plan measures approximately 20 by 15 inches (with mat border). Finely detailed and shrink wrapped.

Plan is in VG+ condition with light browning along the edges and some light crinkling.
