A Beautifully Detailed, Original Plan of the Competitive Drawings for the Proposed Building for the American Fine Arts Society, West 57th Street, New York, NY.   HAND COLORED  Edmund B Welles, Architect(s).  From the American Architect and Building News, June 6, 1891.

This picture is extremely hard to find, as the American Architect and Building News not only had a very small circulation during that time, but very few were actually preserved as this has been. It measures approximately 8 by 12 inches and has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture). The whole picture measures 12 by 16 inches (with border). Finely detailed and beautifully hand colored. Shrink wrapped.
