A Beautifully Detailed, Original Plan of the Monument to the Victims of the Newhall House Fire, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.   HAND COLORED  Henry O Avery, Architect(s).  From the American Architect and Building News, March 29, 1885.

This picture is extremely hard to find, as the American Architect and Building News not only had a very small circulation during that time, but very few were actually preserved or colored as this has been.  It measures approximately 6 by 8 inches and has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture).  The whole plan measures approximately 10 by 12 inches (with mat border).  Finely detailed and beautifully hand-colored.  Shrink wrapped.

We offer framing for all of our plans. Simply select the frame type you would like by clicking on Frames on the upper bar, and your plan or print will be professionally matted and framed before being shipped to you. Note that this will add approximately 3 days to the shipping time.
