A Beautifully Detailed, Original Lithograph of a Detail of Facade:  Club-House of the New York Yacht Club, 44th Street, New York, NY.   Warren & Wetmore, Architect(s.)  From The American Architect, March 9, 1901. NOTE: we also have several other, different, fine 1901 interior and exterior views of this historic clubhouse.

This picture is extremely hard to find. The American Architect had a very small circulation during this time and these original prints only appeared in a very limited number of issues that were distributed to a few prominent architects.  It measures 13.25 by 11 inches.  Has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture).  The whole picture measures approx. 17.5 by 13.5 inches (with border).  Extraordinary detail in this early photographic print.

Picture is in VG+ condition with some very light browning .
