A Beautifully Detailed, Hand Colored, Original Plan of the Railway Tavern, Grimsby.  Messrs. Hewitt, Bros., Architects.  From the American Architect and Building News, February 15, 1890.

This picture is extremely hard to find, as the American Architect and Building News had a very small circulation during that time with very few pictures such as this actually preserved and even fewer have been hand colored. It measures 8 by 12 inches and has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture). The whole plan measures approximately 12 by 16 inches (with mat border). Finely detailed and shrink wrapped.

Plan is in VG+ condition with light browning along the edges and some light crinkling.
