Framing Information

A Beautifully Detailed, Original Plan of the Block of Stores for M Rosenheim, A Frankenthal and W Goldstein on the northeast corner of 9th and Washington Avenues in St. Louis, Missouri.  HAND COLORED   A F Rosenheim, Architect(s). From the American Architect and Building News, March 17, 1888.

This picture is extremely hard to find, as the American Architect and Building News not only had a very small circulation during that time, but very few were actually preserved or colored as this has been.  It measures approximately 8 by 12 inches and has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture).  The whole plan measures approximately 12 by 16 inches (with mat border).  Finely detailed and beautifully hand-colored with watercolor. VG+ condition. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL PICTURE PRINTED AND PUBLISHED ON THE DATE ABOVE--NOT A COPY OR REPRINT. Shrink wrapped.

We offer framing for all of our plans. Simply select the frame type you would like by clicking on Frames on the upper bar, and your plan or print will be professionally matted and framed before being shipped to you. Note that this will add approximately 3 days to the shipping time.
