A Beautifully Detailed, Original Lithograph of The Hotel Navarre, 7th Avenue and 38th Street, New York, NY.   Barney & Chapman, Architect(s.)  From The American Architect, February 9, 1901. 

This picture is extremely hard to find. The American Architect had a very small circulation during this time and these original prints only appeared in a very limited number of issues that were distributed to a few prominent architects.  It measures 15.25 by 11 inches.  Has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture).  The whole picture measures approx. 17.5 by 13.5 inches (with border).  Extraordinary detail in this early photographic print.

Picture is in VG+ condition with some very light browning .
