For small plans and prints less than 15 inches tall or wide, the window is 12 by 16 inches and the full frame measures 13.5 by 17.5 inches. 

For large plans and prints more than 15 inches tall or wide, the window is 16 by 20 inches and the full frame measures 17.5 by 21.5 inches.
