New Jersey

Founded in 1787 as one of the first states in America, New Jersey has a wealth of architectural history.  In this collection of original hand-colored antique architectural plans and prints, gelatines, lithographs, and photogravures, one can see the range of building activity taking place in the state.  Famous architects such as R. H. Robertson, Shepley, Rutan and Charles Edwards designed houses, churches, and buildings that carry on the historical legacy that this colonial state is known for.
